Spending my new year at this hotel was an enjoyable experience. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. I particularly liked the amenities provided like the gym and the swimming pool. Another thing that caught my attention was the variety of cuisines offered at the hotel's restaurant. the hotel is located in a bustling area with many shops and attractions within walking distance.

Some aspects could be improved. the room had some cleanliness issues, and the bathroom looked outdated.

The accommodation did not meet our expectations. Although it is located in a bustling area, it is not as safe as we thought. the bathroom was not clean enough, and the absence of a shower curtain made the floor wet after use which was unpleasant. There were no breakfast options available, but some nearby cafes offer great local breakfast for cheap.

The bed sheets and towels had stains and weren't replaced regularly.

The hotel provided all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a relaxing ambiance in the lobby.
